owfs-fuse software package provides 1-Wire filesystem, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install owfs-fuse
owfs-fuse is installed in your system.
Make ensure the owfs-fuse package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep owfs-fuse *
You will get with owfs-fuse package name, version, architecture and description in a table
